Who runs this site
This site is run by Nicole Draws You, Tallinn, Estonia. For any question about your data, write to contact@ndy.ee, the artist answers personally.
Chat
The chat runs on Crisp (Crisp IM SARL, France). Until you open the chat, the Crisp script is not loaded and sets no cookies: the corner of the page holds a button of our own. Once you open the chat, Crisp connects, sets its cookies and stores the conversation along with technical data: your IP address, browser and the page you wrote from. This is so the artist can see the context of your question and reply.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and builds no visitor profile: only the page, the referrer, the country and the device type are stored. You cannot be identified from that data.
Email and social media
If you write by email or on social media, the conversation is stored by that provider under their own rules. The artist keeps commission-related messages for as long as the work requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, write to contact@ndy.ee. Crisp cookies are removed when you clear the site data in your browser. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate - Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee.
